一、根据位置信息，与德方教授进行沟通交流。
请首先与教授进行交流与沟通，获得正式邀请函。没有列在上述列表中的其他亥姆霍兹资深科研人员也可联络申请，但请提前确认对方有招收人员意向。
二、向国家留学基金管理委员会提交所需申请材料（截止日期请咨询留学基金委）
获得德方邀请函后，请根据国家留学基金委要求向国家留学基金委提交所需申请材料。留学基金委员会不受理未获德方邀请或提名者。留学基金委员会所需具体申请程序、文件、要求及截止日期请参见国家留学基金管理委员会网站：http://www.csc.edu.cn。
